Role Purpose

To lead the branch business and deliver profitable sales growth through strong distributor management, market execution, route-to-market excellence, customer service, inventory discipline, people management, and operational governance.

Key Accountabilities

Sales & Commercial Performance

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual volume and value targets.

Drive primary and secondary sales growth.

Improve numeric distribution and market coverage.

Ensure successful implementation of promotions and new product launches.

Monitor competitive activity and drive corrective action where required.

Distributor Management

Manage distributor profitability and capability.

Drive Joint Business Planning (JBP) with distributors.

Ensure healthy inventory management and stock availability.

Monitor collections and compliance with company commercial policies.

Market Execution

Conduct regular market visits and field coaching.

Ensure excellence in availability, visibility, pricing, and merchandising.

Close execution gaps through timely intervention.

People Leadership

Lead and develop ASMs, Sales Executives, VSRs, CDPMs, and support teams.

Build succession pipelines and improve team capability.

Drive a high-performance culture within the branch.

Operational Governance

Ensure adherence to PJP standards and sales operating processes.

Drive compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and controls.

Monitor branch KPIs and implement corrective actions.
