1) Position - Branch Manager :

Branch Manager will be responsible for managing overall branch operations, driving business growth, ensuring service excellence, monitoring team performance, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
• Drive business growth, customer acquisition, and achievement of assigned branch targets.

• Relevant experience in a similar role within an NBFC, bank, or financial services organization.

Job Summary:

• Assist in daily branch operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Attend to customer enquiries, provide accurate information, and support customer service activities.
• Assist in customer acquisition, business development, and achievement of branch targets.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support follow-ups, customer communication, and other branch-level activities as required.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline; freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, financial services, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
