About this role
- Drive branch sales targets through Home Loans, LAP, and affordable housing finance products.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor sales, credit, and operations teams to achieve branch KPIs.
- Ensure quality loan sourcing, credit appraisal, portfolio quality, and control of NPAs.
- Oversee loan disbursements, collections, customer service, and adherence to NHB/RBI guidelines.
- Strong leadership, sales and relationship management, credit assessment, DSA/channel management, collection management, and knowledge of housing finance products.
