Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient gold loan processing and customer service.
  
• Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on lead generation, conversion rates, and cross-selling opportunities.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to gold appraisal, loan disbursement, and cash handling.
  
• Develop strategies to increase revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives and relationship management with existing customers.
  
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory management, and reporting.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in gold loans or similar products.
  
• Strong understanding of gold appraiser skills including appraisal techniques and regulations.
  
• Proven track record in managing teams for achieving targets in sales/marketing roles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
