- Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance business through the agency channel.
- Recruit and train agency leaders and agents to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure they meet their goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
