Branch Manager-APC

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase insurance sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance agent performance.
• Foster strong relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders to drive business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 3-20 years of experience in insurance industry or related field (agency management).
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of general insurance products and services; ability to develop knowledge on new lines as needed.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals.
