Branch Manager-Agency

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the agency, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance agent productivity.
• Foster strong relationships with agents, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans accordingly.

Job Requirements :

• 5-22 years of experience in insurance industry or related field.
• Proven track record in managing an agency or similar organization.
• Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) business model and RPD (Retail Distribution) channels.
