Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee branch handling activities, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of agents.

Job Requirements :

• 4-13 years of experience in life insurance industry with expertise in agency sales or branch management.
• Proven track record in heading a branch or managing an agency channel.
• Strong understanding of health insurance products and services offered by various providers.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
