Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to grow the agency channel, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction through effective communication and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth, develop new products or services, and implement process improvements.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-20 years of experience in life insurance industry with expertise in agency management or development.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategies for growing an agency channel.
• Strong understanding of tied channel distribution models and ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
