Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and drive the Agency Channel business in Muzaffarnagar. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving branch sales targets, driving recruitment and activation of advisors, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring overall branch profitability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch sales and achieve business targets through the Agency Channel.
• Recruit, train, and develop Agency Managers and insurance advisors.
• Monitor advisor productivity, persistency, and activation metrics.
• Ensure effective manpower planning and team performance management.
• Build strong relationships with advisors and key stakeholders.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
• Review branch performance regularly and implement action plans for growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Life Insurance Agency Sales.
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience as Branch Manager, Cluster Manager, Area Manager, or equivalent role.
• Strong experience in advisor recruitment, sales management, and branch operations.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Local market knowledge of Muzaffarnagar and surrounding areas preferred.
