Branch Manager Agency - Life Insurance

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations and profitability.
• Drive life insurance sales through agency channel.
• Recruit, train, and motivate insurance advisors and sales teams.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
• Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships.
• Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company compliance standards.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Prepare MIS reports and review branch performance regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance sales.
• Prior experience in team handling/branch management is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
