Preferred candidate profile
We have an urgent opening for the position of Branch Manager in Agency Channel for leading Life Insurance company.
Responsibilities- Handle a team of ADMs.
- Recruiting the team of ADMs and building the FC and Agency managers
- Responsible for the productivity of ADM, handhold the ADM in the early stages
- Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team. Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned) Relationship Management o Manage the relationship with the team, customers(internal external)
- Ensure that team is engaged around business objectives results. o Develop implement initiatives to motivate retain high performing talent. Adherence to regulatory and compliance norms. o Ensure adherence of code of conduct set by IRDA and Life Insurance Council
- Ensure conformation to all financial and administrative systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- Min. 6 Years of experience in Life Insurance is Mandatory
- Team Handling experience Required
- Agency Channel experience must
