About this role
We have an urgent opening for the position of Branch Manager in Agency Channel for leading Health Insurance company.
Role responsibilities- Handle a team of ADMs.
- Recruiting the team of ADMs and building the FC and Agency managers
- Responsible for the productivity of ADM, handhold the ADM in the early stages
- Responsible for the confirmation norms of the team.
- Manage the relationship with the team, customers(internal external).
- Ensure that team is engaged around business objectives results.
- Develop implement initiatives to motivate retain high performing talent.
- Adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
- Ensure conformation to all financial and administrative systems.
Preferred candidate profile
- Min. 6 Years of experience in Insurance is Mandatory
- Team Handling experience Required
- Agency Channel experience must
