Branch Manager - Agency Channel (Life Insurance)

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive branch sales performance and achieve assigned business targets.
• Develop and execute territory-wise sales plans to maximize market penetration.
• Monitor and improve productivity of the advisor team through effective performance management.
• Ensure achievement of key business metrics including premium, policies, and revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition initiatives.

Will be assigned at the start of FY broadly consisting of below:

• Achievement of Branch Sales Targets
• Annualized Premium Equivalent (APE) / Business Revenue
• Advisor Recruitment & Licensing
