1. Responsible for managing a team of Unit sales managers assigned

2. Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective

3. Accountable for handling the health retail product

4. To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and the health agents

5. Achieving the PMS targets through brokers acquired by the unit sales manager
