Branch Logistics Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Should have sound knowledge of warehouse operation.

2) Managing warehouses in compliance with company policies and taking care of government statutory requirements

3) Inventory management: Should have exposure in managing warehouse inventory, Cycle count and Monthly stock audit

4) Monitoring processing of sale orders and ensuring 100% execution of orders, closely coordinating with the / dealers, distributors, and HO teams

5) Return processing - Should have knowledge of reverse logistics, timely return processing and follow return process post GR

6) Transportation - Should have very good exposure to transportation, including demand and supply of vehicles, forecasting of vehicle requirements, understanding seasonal fluctuations, and ensuring placement of vehicles for GI 

7) Freight Working: Periodic review of freight, understanding the market/competitor trend, benchmarking the freight and Cost reduction

8) KPI - BLM will be responsible for warehouse KPI (Ontime GI/On time GR/In time delivery/IOD accuracy/Inventory inventory accuracy, and POD

9) Innovation - Bring in new ideas, develop systems for operational improvement and productivity enhancement 

10) Warehouse Capacity: - Candidate should have knowledge of assessing the warehouse capacity in terms of Space/IT/Transportation/Infra 

11) Experience in 3PL / Team Management 

12) Periodic review of service providers / 3PL, improvement plan and recommendations 

13) Should have strong analytical skills and experience in using Excel/PPT 

14) Will be responsible for all audits (Stock Audit/ Statutory audit and other compliance related audits)

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in warehouse operations. 
• Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer management skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
