Branch Loan Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business leads for Group Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans and Personal Loans.
• Develop new customer relationships and expand the branch loan portfolio.
• Lead, manage and motivate the loan sales team to achieve business targets.
• Allocate targets to team members and monitor their daily performance.
• Conduct field visits and support the team in customer acquisition.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop the local market.
• Monitor loan sourcing, disbursement and overall business growth.
• Follow up with team members to ensure achievement of monthly and yearly targets.
• Prepare and submit regular business and performance reports.
• Coordinate with the Branch Manager and management for branch business development.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2years of experience in loan sales or BFSI.
• Experience in Group Loans, Business Loans, Gold Loans or Personal Loans preferred.
• Strong experience in lead generation and business development.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a loans team.
• Strong target-oriented approach with good business development skills.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Knowledge of local market and customer acquisition strategies.
• Willingness to travel and handle field work.
• Good leadership and team-handling skills.
