Branch Incharge

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall warehouse/branch operations.
• Handle inward and outward movement of materials.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory/stock records and conduct regular stock verification.
• Monitor material reconciliation and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including allocating daily tasks.
• Coordinate with logistics, transporters, vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
• Maintain daily MIS reports, stock reports and operational trackers.
• Ensure proper documentation for all material movements.
• Monitor warehouse safety, security, housekeeping and compliance.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure their timely resolution.
• Coordinate with management regarding branch performance, inventory and operational requirements.
• Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and resources.
• Take responsibility for the overall performance and smooth functioning of the warehouse branch.
