Eligibility

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or related field (PG Diploma / MBA preferred)
• 5-8 years of experience in a similar profile in the travel & tourism industry
• Proven ability to lead, supervise and motivate a team of 512 members or more
• Strong knowledge of destinations, tour packages and a natural flair for selling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in regional languages is a plus)
• Proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savviness

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and revenue targets across all verticals Group Tours (GIT), FIT and MICE
• Promote the Veena World brand through direct marketing and community engagement
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest experiences in line with brand standards
• Supervise day-to-day team performance and align team goals with business objectives
• Prepare and share MIS reports with accurate data, feedback, concerns and actionable insights
• Analyze market trends and competitor offerings and share inputs with the product and marketing team
