Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience in NBFC industry with a focus on Branch Management or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of branch handling, branch operations, and branch management principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve performance metrics.
