Branch Head

Role & responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning and meeting targets.
  
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee sales teams to achieve targets for Deposits and Home Loans, Gold Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), Mortgage Loans, and other retail products.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-7 years of experience in Branch Management or related field in Private or Public sector Banks.
  
• Strong understanding of Branch Handling, Branch Management, Branch Operations, Retail Branch Banking, Sales & Marketing principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
