Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager – Broking to drive branch business, client acquisition, revenue growth, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and business development.
• Drive acquisition of new clients and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Generate revenue through broking, trading, and Demat services.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch sales team.
• Achieve branch targets and ensure quality customer service.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

• Graduate/MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in stock broking/financial services.
• Strong sales, team management, and client relationship skills.
• Proven track record of achieving business targets.
