Branch Head_Leading Bank

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage branch P&L, revenue generation and business growth.
• Drive CASA/liabilities growth and cross-sell banking, investment and third-party products.
• Execute branch strategy and achieve business targets and KPIs.
• Ensure excellent customer service, complaint resolution and customer engagement.
• Monitor daily branch productivity, business performance and book movement.
• Ensure adherence to banking policies, processes, compliance and audit requirements.
• Manage branch operations, security, fraud controls and risk management.
• Lead, coach and develop the branch team while managing performance and attrition.
• Identify training needs and ensure continuous employee development.
• Ensure timely submission of MIS and other regulatory/management reports.
