Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets through effective channel management, distributor handling, and dealer management.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth in the assigned territory by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, and inventory management at dealerships.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to optimize distribution channels and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in B2B sales or similar field with expertise in area sales, channel sales management, channel sales strategy development.
  
• Strong understanding of distribution management principles including distributor handling & relationship-building skills.
  
• Proven track record of achieving monthly targets through effective team leadership & motivation techniques.
