Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets and expand the agency's customer base.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth through tied channel partnerships with banks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.

Job Requirements :

• 5-25 years of experience in life insurance industry, preferably in an agency or tied channel role.
• Strong understanding of APC (Agency Channel) management principles and practices.
• Proven track record in developing successful teams and achieving sales targets.
• Experience working with BM/ADM systems is desirable.
