Role Description The Branch Development Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Sanganer branch. The role involves driving branch growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing and prospective customers, and promoting the bank's products and services in line with its values of fairness and transparency. Daily responsibilities include conducting market visits, supporting local community outreach, coordinating with branch staff to optimize customer service, and monitoring branch performance against growth targets. The Branch Development Officer will also assist in organizing local initiatives aligned with the bank's philanthropic efforts, gather market insights, and report findings to branch leadership to support strategic decision-making.
