Branch Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth through new branch openings in the education sector.
• Identify potential locations for new branches, conduct market research, and analyze competition to inform expansion decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, financial projections, and operational frameworks for new branches.
• Monitor performance metrics such as revenue growth, customer acquisition rates, and retention rates to optimize branch operations.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on branch management or sales leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of edtech (educational technology) trends and their application in the education sector.
• Proven track record of successful lead generation and conversion strategies using various channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
