Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough credit analysis and appraisal to evaluate loan applications.
• Review financial statements, industry trends, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify potential clients and develop strategies for new business opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in credit underwriting or a related field (NBFC).
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, credit appraisal, and credit assessment principles.
• Proficiency in using Cibil software or similar tools for evaluating loan applications.
