Branch Credit Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis, appraisal, and evaluation of mortgage loans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in credit underwriting or related field (mortgage).
• Strong knowledge of LAP (Loan Against Property) products and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills for evaluating complex financial data.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
