About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of credit analysts to ensure timely disbursement of personal loans and loan against property (LAP) products.
- Conduct thorough credit appraisals, evaluating borrower's financial statements, credit history, and other relevant factors to determine loan eligibility.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and internal partners to drive business growth.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in credit underwriting or related field.
- Strong understanding of personal loans, LAP products, and credit appraisal processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams.
