Job Description:

We are hiring Branch Credit Manager | NBFC

Locations: Peenya | Tumkur | Hubli

CTC: 2.0 LPA – 4.4 LPA
Experience: 1–4 Years
Industry: NBFC / HFC / Financial Services

Product Experience Required

• Home Loans (HL)
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Micro Loans (ML)
• Secured Lending

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and underwrite loan proposals as per company credit policy.
• Assess customer eligibility, income, financials and repayment capacity.
• Conduct credit appraisal and risk assessment of HL/LAP/ML proposals.
• Ensure proper verification and documentation before sanction/disbursement.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and RCU teams for smooth processing.
• Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to credit guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in secured lending credit.
• Experience in HL/LAP/ML products is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credit appraisal and underwriting.
• Good analytical and decision-making skills.
• Candidates from NBFC/HFC/Banking background preferred.
