Branch Business Manager

-Role & responsibilities

• Primary Objective: Acquire new high-value accounts (such as corporate salary accounts, deposits, and Current/Savings Accounts or CASA), increase market share, and promote financial products like mortgages and business loans.
• Core Focus: Bridge the gap between customer financial needs and the bank's internal lending or service requirements while ensuring strict regulatory compliance
• Lead Generation & Acquisition: Prospect new retail, SME, or corporate clients through networking, cold calling, field visits, and channel partners
• Portfolio & Relationship Management: Retain and deepen existing client relationships by cross-selling additional banking, insurance, or wealth products.
• Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage junior staff or field sales representatives, track pipeline productivity, conduct performance reviews, and organize branch campaigns.
• Target Achievement: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for loan disbursements, deposit collections, and fee-based revenue.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor offerings, track market trends, and report performance metrics using CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate

-Min 4 to 8 Year Experience in NBFC or Bank Sales

- Branch Location : Thamarassery

- Individual Performance is also Mandatory

- Finacial Product Knowlege

-Willing for 30 % of travel to on locations
