Role Overview:

Responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations while ensuring quality customer service, accurate documentation, and compliance with banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and service requests.
• Process account opening and KYC documentation.
• Assist customers with banking services such as debit cards, cheque books, fund transfers, and digital banking.
• Support daily branch transactions and operational activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and branch records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth branch functioning.
• Follow RBI guidelines, bank policies, and internal controls.
• Build customer relationships and explain relevant banking products and services.
