Job Description

Brakes India is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Systems Engineer to support new product introductions, manufacturing process development, capacity planning, and facility implementation across manufacturing units.

Key Duties

• Process planning for in-house manufactured components.
• Manufacturing feasibility and cost estimation studies.
• Capacity planning and facility implementation.
• Machine, tooling, and equipment selection.
• Supplier evaluation and technical negotiations.
• Process documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, TPS).
• Production system optimization and productivity improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing and TPM implementation.
• Equipment commissioning, validation, and handover.
• Quality and safety compliance monitoring.

Candidate Profile

• BE Mechatronics with 4-9 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering and Process Planning.
• Experience in Automotive / Engineering Manufacturing.
• Exposure to CAD/CAM, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, TPM.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems, FMEA, DOE, and SAP preferred.
• Good communication and supplier management skills.
