Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls from US healthcare customers.
• Assist customers with policy, benefits, claims, and general account-related queries.
• Provide accurate information while delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintain call records and follow company processes.

Eligibility

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Willing to work in US Night Shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
