Hiring For BPO Trainer

Location: Ambegaon BK,Pune

Experience: 1 - 3 years (BPO Training preferred)

Responsibilities:-

• Train new hires on process knowledge, communication skills, and product basics.
• Deliver classroom and on-floor training as required.
• Prepare training materials, assessments, and SOPs.
• Track trainee performance and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Quality teams.
• Maintain training reports, attendance, and performance data.
• Conduct refresher sessions and support employees during OJT.
• Identify training gaps and suggest improvement plans.

Skills:-

• Required Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of BPO processes (Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service).
• Ability to handle trainee groups confidently.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PPT).
• Good observation and feedback skills.

Qualification:-

• Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer (BPO preferred)
• Salary:- Up to 30,000 (Depends On Interview)
