Job Description

Anisha Global Services is looking for energetic, target-driven and passionate BPO Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in bulk hiring, domestic or international BPO recruitment, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international BPO processes.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen candidates for communication skills, eligibility, experience and process requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer discussions and joining formalities.
• Manage bulk hiring requirements and achieve daily, weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining and minimise dropouts.
• Coordinate with clients and internal team members to fulfil hiring requirements on time.

Required Skills

• Experience in BPO, call centre or bulk hiring recruitment preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
