BPO Recruiter Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk recruitment for BPO/Customer Support/Telecalling profiles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, social media, job portals, and employee references.
• Conduct high-volume calling and screening of candidates on a daily basis.
• Explain the job profile, salary (10,000–12,000), location, shift timings, incentives, and other benefits to candidates.
• Screen candidates based on communication skills, eligibility, experience, and process requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and walk-ins with the hiring team.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet daily and monthly bulk hiring targets.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.
