Initially this position will be a offroll job, based on the performance, job role will be converted into Onroll

Work Location : Startek - Shivajinagar

Mandatory Requirement:

• Prior experience in BPO Hiring/Recruitment
• Should have experience in recruitment for Entry level to lateral level hiring in BPO
• Managing end to end recruitment cycle such as Sourcing, Screening , Short listing, Arranging Interviews, onboarding etc
  Focusing on daily Line ups, Selects and Joiners
  Maintaining daily and monthly updates
