Job Title: BPO Team Leader Electricity Process (Gujarati Language)

Job Summary:

Cyfuture India Pvt Ltd is hiring Team Leaders for the Processcustomer support process at our Mehsana center. You will manage a team of Customer Service Associates, monitor daily performance, ensure SLA/KPI adherence, and handle escalations for Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Limited operations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and mentor a team of 15-20 agents on voice/non-voice process

-Track real-time performance on AHT, Quality, CSAT, and productivity metrics

-Conduct coaching, briefings, and performance reviewsResolve customer escalations and coordinate with Process stakeholders

-Prepare shift reports and maintain process compliance

Requirements:

-Graduate with 2+ years of BPO experience, minimum 1 year as TL

-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English mandatory

-Knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reportingPrior experience in utility/telecom/power sector preferred

-Willingness to work in rotational shifts
