BPO Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced BPO Manager to manage and drive the performance of our Gurgaon-based operations for our parent Australian company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day BPO and outbound calling operations.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of tele-sales teams.
• Set and achieve sales, productivity, and quality targets.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, call quality, and team performance.
• Train and coach team members to improve sales and customer handling.
• Coordinate with the Australian management team and provide regular reports.
• Ensure professional communication and service standards for Australian customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in BPO / outbound sales / tele-sales.
• Proven experience managing sales teams.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience handling international/Australian processes will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and team-management skills.
• Comfortable working in Australian business hours
