Job Role

• Handle customer queries through international voice support.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, and account-related queries.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues as per process guidelines.

• Location: Bengaluru
• Process: International Voice E-Commerce
• Work Mode: Work From Office
• Shift: Night / Rotational Shift
• Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

Salary

• Freshers: 22,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
• Experienced: 26,000 + 4,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives

Eligibility
