BPO Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer calls, resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information to customers about products/services offered by the company.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set for call handling, sales conversion rates, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex issues to senior executives or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO sales or call center environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office) is required; proficiency in CRM software an added advantage.
