Bpo Executive / Outbound Calls / BPO Voice

We are looking for a motivated BPO Executive to join our outbound calls team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to sell products and services over the phone.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection.
• Strong listening skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
