BPM Technical Architect

Required Qualifications Skills - Pega Certification: Must hold a valid Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification. - Pega Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development. Key Responsibilities - Application Development: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable applications using Pegas Constellation architecture and UI components. - Workflow and Case Management: Architect and build complex workflows, case life cycles, and decisioning logic to meet business requirements. - Integration: Lead the design and implementation of integrations with external systems using a variety of protocols, including REST, SOAP, and messaging queues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. - Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce Pega best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions. - Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize application performance by using Pegas diagnostic tools (Tracer, PAL, Log Analyzer) and implementing performance best practices. - Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests and support system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the application. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions. Constellation Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience building applications using the Pega Constellation design system and its components (Views, App Studio development). - Integration Knowledge: Extensive experience with Pega integration capabilities, including creating and consuming REST and SOAP services, file listeners, and email listeners.
