Responsibilities

• Accelerator Lead is responsible for accelerating Global Supply Chain capabilities from the Hyderabad hub, with a focus on process management and intelligence, serialization, and data capability acceleration.
• The role translates strategic priorities into scalable capability roadmaps, practical ways of working, and measurable business outcomes across people, process, technology, and data.
• The role partners closely with Global Supply Chain, BP&T leadership, Data Operations, Process Excellence, IT, and functional stakeholders to strengthen end-to-end process maturity, improve data quality and usability, and enable consistent adoption of digital and AI-ready capabilities across the organization.
