Role Overview

We are seeking a Boomi Platform Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 production support and administration for enterprise integrations running on the Boomi Enterprise Platform. The role covers Atom, Molecule and private Atom Cloud operations, process monitoring, deployment support, API and connector troubleshooting, platform maintenance, security administration and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for production, non-production and disaster-recovery environments, including monitoring, triage, recovery and technical escalation.
• Own P1/P2 incident troubleshooting, service restoration, technical bridge participation, stakeholder updates and post-incident RCA.
• Investigate interface, connectivity, authentication, certificate, runtime, performance and infrastructure-related failures.
• Execute approved deployments and changes; perform pre-checks, implementation, validation, rollback and evidence capture.
• Work with application, database, operating system, network, security, cloud and vendor teams to resolve cross-platform issues.
• Support shift handovers, operational reporting, problem management, service improvement and knowledge transfer.
• Monitor process executions, document and API transactions, runtime health, queue depth, disk/memory/CPU utilization and integration schedules.
• Troubleshoot process errors involving connectors, maps, profiles, properties, certificates, APIs, trading partners and source/target systems.
• Deploy packaged components across environments and manage environment extensions, runtime attachments and deployment versioning.

Platform Administration Responsibilities

• Hands-on Boomi Enterprise Platform / AtomSphere support and administration.
• Strong understanding of Atoms, Molecules, private Atom Clouds, environments, deployments and packaged components.
• Experience troubleshooting Boomi processes, connectors, maps, profiles, dynamic properties and document flow.
• Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, APIs, JSON, XML, flat files, databases, SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS and message-based integrations.
• Experience with certificates, TLS, OAuth 2.0, basic authentication, API keys and secure credential management.
• Linux and/or Windows administration, networking fundamentals, log analysis and scripting.
• Exposure to Boomi API Management, API Gateway, Event Streams or Master Data Hub is beneficial.
