Job Title - Component Technical Attribute Data Specialist - HVAC

Job Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are hiring a Part/Component Technical Attribute Data Collection Specialist to identify, extract, and document HVAC component technical specifications/attributes from engineering drawings, supplier catalogs, and open sources. The role supports creation and maintenance of structured component master data for engineering and business systems (PLM/ERP).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and collect technical attributes/specifications for HVAC parts & components
  
• Extract information from:
  
• Engineering drawings
• Supplier catalogs
• Datasheets and technical documentation
• Open/public sources
  
• Maintain structured and accurate component attribute data (part master details)
  
• Ensure correctness, completeness, and consistency of technical specifications
  
• Support data standardization for HVAC engineering and operations use
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for attribute clarification/validation
  

Mandatory Skills (Key Skills)

• Good understanding of HVAC industry components
• Ability to extract specs from drawings, catalogs, datasheets
• Basic knowledge of PLM tools
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
• Good communication skills
  

Desired / Nice to Have Skills

• Exposure to Part Master Data / BOM / Component Library
• Basic knowledge of AI tools
• Basic data analysis and data cleaning skills (Excel)
  

Soft Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

Education

Diploma / BE / BTech / Graduate (Mechanical preferred)
