BOM (Bills of Material)

Job Description: Process Lead/Senior Associate
Execute and maintain BOM of certain SKUs which will be produced in different manufacturing centres/markets.
Ability to work with BOM related Interfaces, understand customized functions / programs.
¢ Perform high level of accuracy in creation/modification of BOM in PLM.
¢ Consultation with Production Schedulers regarding availability of production lines and accordingly intimating required stakeholders.
¢ Place correct structure of product, in order to avoid issues before production.
¢ Aware about the lifecycle of product and implement lifecycle change accordingly post consultation with required stakeholders.
¢ Conduct regular business and performance reviews with Supply Planners, Demand Planners, Marketing and Manufacturing.
¢ Identify process differences for various production centres/markets and adjust BOM of SKUs accordingly.
¢ Internal maker and checker QA activities to be done based on clients requirements.
¢ End to End ownership & execution for BOM related activities in the assigned projects.
¢ PLM Project Management for Commercialization and Launch phase for allotted project types.
¢ Review PLM Project Management app and suggest ways of automating different processes.
KEY REQUIREMENTS

¢ Knowledge of Product and Product Lifecycles
¢ ERP Systems Knowledge
¢ Prior experience in Agile PLM/Windchill tools
Education Requirements:
¢ MBA Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics / Engineering (preferred)
¢ Any relevant industry specific Certifications/Memberships (desirable)
Experience Requirements:
¢ 3-5 years experience in Supply chain and Project management domain.
