Role Overview

• Manage critical utilities operations (Boiler, WTP, ETP, DG, Transformers)
  • Ensure 100% uptime and zero outage against AOP
  • Drive maintenance efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
  • Exposure to TPM, plant reliability, and continuous improvement culture

Key Responsibilities

• Handle utilities operations across water treatment, boiler, and plant systems
  • Monitor VMOH (Power, Fuel, Water) and drive cost control
  • Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance efficiency
  • Manage engineering stores and spare availability
  • Support capex projects and plant upgrades
  • Drive indigenization / cost optimization initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with PepsiCo safety, quality, and statutory standards

Team & Structure

• Work closely with Engineering Manager, Plant Operations, EHS, and Quality teams
  • Manage and develop electricians and fitters team
  • Strong exposure to shopfloor execution and TPM culture

Ideal Profile

• Qualification: Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • 5–8 years of experience in maintenance / utilities / process engineering
  • Hands-on experience in boiler, water treatment, plant utilities
  • Exposure to FMCG / Pharma manufacturing preferred
  • Strong focus on operational reliability and shopfloor execution
  • Knowledge of TPM / projects is a plus
